"Fabric was rougher than I expected"
I was hoping this would be a little softer, but the material feels stiff and kind of scratchy on my skin. The fit was fine, so it’s not like the whole thing was bad, but the fabric just wasn’t really for me. Maybe after a few washes it would soften up, but...

"The site is a bit hit or miss..."
The site is a bit hit or miss for me. Some parts are usable, but overall it looks messy and outdated. The design feels clunky and doesn’t really make a great first impression.

"I grabbed a few things from VIRUS..."
I grabbed a few things from VIRUS, they’ve held up way better than I thought they would. I wear them all the time, probably more than I should, and even after what feels like a million washes, the material still feels solid. The fit hasn’t gone all weird or stretched out either, which is a big win. I knocked off one star because the shipping took a little longer than I was hoping for, but as far as durability goes, I’m really happy so far.

"Pretty solid overall"
I’m happy with this so far. The quality feels good, the material is nice, and it looks the same as it did in the photos. I took a little time deciding, but I don’t have any complaints.

"Shipping was faster than I thought"
My order showed up sooner than I expected and the tracking kept updating like it should. Everything went smoothly so I really dont have any complaints

"Not very comfy, and the emails were confusing"
I was hoping these would be more comfortable, but the fit felt kind of rough after wearing them for a bit. I also had to wait longer than expected to hear back from support, which was frustrating. One email made it sound like one thing was happening, then another email said something different, so I was a little confused about what was going on

"I ended up needing a different size for..."
I ended up needing a different size for the shirt, so I had to send it back. It took a few days to get sorted, but support did reply and the exchange went through fine in the end. Not amazing or anything, but it worked out.

Bottom line: it fits just right. I ordered my usual size and it fit perfectly, so I’d definitely say it’s true to size.
